Lessons

We offer beginner to advanced riding lessons in both English and Western disciplines.  Our classes range from small groups (2-4 students) to private and we base activity off of the riders capabilities.  We specialize in teaching the strong foundation of a well balanced seat for all riders. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the horse world; from the basics of horsemanship to tacking and untacking to every day care of the horse and stable management.

Registering

Please contact Gianna Alberti to find a lesson opening that coordinates with your schedule ( 203-906-9798 ), and then we will set up an evaluation ride.  An evaluation ride will allow our instructor to determine the riding capabilities of the rider and therefore they will be able to set a lesson program up catered to the rider's individual needs.

Schedule

Lessons are offered Monday-Friday during after school hours and on Saturday mornings.  Your riding level may determine which time best suits you, but we are willing to accommodate everyone. Please contact us for schedule details!

Equipment

We require all of our students to wear an ATSM certified helment AT ALL TIMES on the horse.  There will be certain instances when handling horses that helments be required on the ground as well.  We have a section of "loaner" hard hats that we will allow you to borrow for your first few lessons.  We do encourage you to buy your own personal helmet for correctly fitted purposes.  Furthermore, we also require a closed toed shoe (preferably with a heel) as well as long pants.

Happy Riding!
